The technology trading brokers often play a mediating role among the technology owners and applicants. According to the project of technology trade leap, brokers will be awarded in each transaction to motivate the important components of the innovation ecosystem of the country.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the national techmart of the country has initiated the project of technology trade leap in line with practical implementation of the goals of “production leap” in the network.

Now, according to one of the components of this plan, to encourage more brokers, these brokers will receive an incentive reward for transactions in the field of technology.

Milad Sadrkhanloo, the head of the national techmart, explained about the project: the main focus of brokers" activities is the integration of technological products between the buyer and the seller, and based on this, prizes have been considered for these brokers in order to promote these transactions.

According to the head of the national techmart of Iran, the prize money for the three areas of marketing, investment and technology needs are 0.6 percent marketing amount and 0.5 percent in return for investing and meeting technological needs. In this regard, he added: with the supervision of the national techmart of the country, brokers will receive 2-7 percent of the total cost of the transaction in the form of commission from both parties of the contract. These monetary incentives are created to more develop the technology market in the country.

The head of the national techmart continued: given the significant role of brokers in the knowledge-based ecosystem of the country, these incentives can motivate the activists of the network to play their role properly.

The national techmart of the country has been established based on the comprehensive scientific map of the country and notifications of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution and the Vice-Presidency, and is responsible for the development of technology market in the country.
