This program is carried out with the participation of the private sector and includes the reconstruction and optimization of urban worn out areas and turning them into a dynamic space for the establishment of teams and start-ups in metropolises of the country. Turning an abandoned space into an innovation factory directly affects the development of innovation and technology ecosystem and leads to the improvement of the spirit of the surrounding spaces. In this regard, one of the successful examples is turning the former location of Ama Electrode Factory in west of Tehran into Azadi Innovation Factory by the management of the Pardis Technology Park.
