Conditions for Support of Machinery and Equipment Domestic production: a considerable part of the construction of key parts, design of the components and processes and design and implementation of a software of the machinery have been carried out inside the country. Medium-to-high technology level: the technology used in these machines is medium-high in comparison with the country's modern industry. A sales history: the manufacturing company must have a history of selling its machinery, and the desirable quality of the machines must be confirmed based on sales history of the company. Conditions of Machinery Manufacturers: The producer must have a private legal character (at least 51% of the share must belong to non-government shareholders) Note: industrial workshops can also use these facilities provided that they have obtained the necessary licenses from the ministry of industry and mine and their ability to provide warranty and support services is confirmed (with the approval of the working group of technical supervision and evaluation). In addition, the role of the manufacturing company in localization and achievement of technologies for construction of equipment and machineries must be approved. In other words, at least 70% of the machineries must be manufactured inside the country. Note: it is possible to outsource a part of the manufacturing process to other domestic legal and actual producers. Conditions of Machinery Buyers: Buyers must have private legal or actual character. Note: government organizations, non-government public institutions and units, and companies and institutes that are mostly (more than 50%) owned by government companies or non-government public institutions and units cannot use these facilities. Buyers must have a suitable credibility to receive and repay the obtained facilities.
