Over an agreement between the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs and the social security organization and in line with the facilitation of business of knowledge-based companies and based on the 12/14 circulars of income, all knowledge-based contracts that are approved by the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs will be subject to exemption of contractual premium coefficients. Therefore, in case of willingness to use this exemption, applicant companies must submit their request on bizservices.ir along with a copy of the contract and a letter confirming the project end (requesting for recoupment account by the contract’s employer). After approving the compliance of the contract with the knowledge-based activities of the company, the letter of approval of exemptions from coefficients will be sent to the desired branch of social security organization by the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs.
