According to the information center of the national elites foundation, Parviz Karami, secretary of knowledge-based economy and culture-building technologies development headquarter, pointed out the publication of book of “evaluation of global experiences of startups” in five volumes, expressing:  Given the fact that the development of ecosystem for new, knowledge-based and startup companies has been one of the main missions of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs in the past few years along with supporting knowledge-border research and commercialization of technologies, recognizing the challenges of activists in this area can help them to more dynamically grow in the country.

The director of Knowledge-based journal continued: The first volume of the book is dedicated to the evaluation of global experiences of startups in the field of “waste management”. This is mainly due to the fact that the entrance of entrepreneurs in this area can lead to the proposing of solutions for various issues in the field.  The national foresight plan of the country and its relationship with the startup ecosystem are introduced in this book. In addition to expressing issues such as challenges and solutions for the development of startups, a summary of startup strategies and business models is presented in the book.

The secretary of the knowledge-based economy and culture-building technologies development headquarter also asserted:  The next volume of the book contains information on startup companies in the field of “sports and physical health” in order to witness the formation of new businesses in this field very soon. Startup companies in the field of “pollution management” are covered in the third volume of the book, whereas startups in the area of “agriculture” are discussed in the fourth volume. In addition, the fifth volume contains information on the startup companies in the area of “water and drought management".
