Time constantly reveals our identity; Our collective and individual identity. It introduces us to ourselves and makes it easier to understand ambiguous meanings and makes difficulty a little easier. This is a common occurrence, but surpassing time and constant effort to do so is a secret known to those who turn ideas into products; Products that meet the needs and sweeten the palate.

 This is where mastery and immortality are created when science blends in with the artist. Art is the fixed foundation of all creation. An artist has emerged from the essence of oneness and has been left on the soul of humanity. Art and knowledge are two sides of the same coin of pragmatic creativity. This combination is what we need in this day and age. Dear Islamic Iran, on Nowruz 1400, is ready for serious and brilliant changes. Nearly 6,000 knowledge-based companies, 10,000 startups, more than 1,300 creative companies, dozens of creative homes, and innovation centers have emerged to take root in the technology and creativity ecosystem throughout our beloved land and slowly grow its seedlings into stars. The high cedar of our brilliant civilization.

The new year has arrived; The year that the inclusion of the two halves of Sha'ban has brought us a great blessing for the Shiaa nation. This is a sign for us to say that conscious and faithful waiting leads to enlightenment and pride. On the other hand, in the year 1400, according to the orders of the wise leader of the revolution, is named "production, Supports, Removing Obstacles". This year, with the help of God the Almighty, the care of Hazrat Valiasr (AS), the admirable resistance of the honorable people in Iran, and the efforts of technologists, creators, craftsmen, and academics, the field of production will be full of prosperity, innovation, and wonder. The system that the technology and creativity ecosystem has created over the past few years will support and drive the production of knowledge-based and creative products. Obstacles and limitations are so insignificant in the face of the greatness of faith and belief of this ecosystem that it will not be able to face and build a barrier.
