In a note by the advisor to the president of the national elites foundation, we read: now that the United States has imposed huge sanctions on us, a historical opportunity is created to do what is planned for the future today. Especially, it is a proper opportunity to benefit from the knowledge-based and startup methods and minimize the costs of political, economic and social corrections.

What was meant for Evil, God uses for good. The unfair sanctions of the United States against us can brought huge and sustainable benefits if acted intelligently. Similar cases have been observed in various technology and industry fields of the country. In fact, what has been proposed by experts regarding turning threats into opportunities can occur for our country today.

First of all, this is the best opportunity to eliminate the dependency of our economy on oil and raw selling. Theoretically, we have emphasized lack of oil dependence for years, and the government authorities have dreamed about the realization of a non-oil economy. However, everyone knows that it is difficult to be established in practice and there is a need for providing cultural, political and economic preliminaries. In this regard, the most important issue is cultural and social arrangements. It is difficult to change the public beliefs and correct the economic structure of the country, especially when the wrong teachings of the modern world have prevented us from the virtues of contentment and avoiding luxury.

Our country’s authorities believe that they cannot talk about economic math and tolerating the period difficulties. In some areas, the authorities agree with the implementation of incorrect projects only not to change traditions and impose costs. For example, everyone knows that this kind of distribution of cash subsidies is false and prevents the country from implementing or completing construction projects. Every month, we deposit three thousand billion tomans to the accounts of people, half of whom do not need this type of money. With only 40 thousand tomans, people would not become rich or poor. However, the removal of a cash subsidy is a burden that no one is willing to accept. Therefore, not only targeted subsidies are not provided, but also a considerable amount of money is misused.

Similar phenomenon is happening in some administrative and financial relations of the country. The government’s body has been improved and broadened and has led to misuse in some areas. It is difficult to prevent the irregularities that have become customary and require a national determination to make structural reforms. Maybe now that the United States has made massive sanctions, it will provide us with a historic opportunity to carry out the work that was scheduled for tomorrow. In particular, it is a good place to take advantage of startups and knowledge-based method and to bring the cost of economic, political and social reforms to the lowest possible.

However, we cannot do this alone. I previously mentioned that there is a need for national determination and reliance on the most important source of construction, which is the creative and motived youth. I must add that a call must be made to invite all elites and scientists to work together and help the country pass the current difficult situations.
