According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, a total of 26 individuals have registered for the event from various universities, including Sharif, Birjand, Kermanshah Technical and Vocational Institute, Imam Khamenei, Babol University of Industry, Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman, Abu Ali Sina, Persian Gulf University, Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Chabahar Maritime and Marine University, Shiraz Pasargad Higher Education Institute, Khavaran Higher Education Institute, and various organizations, including NEDAJA Self-Efficacy Jihad and Shipbuilding Institute. Currently, these individuals are following up their fleet construction process for various items of the competition.

Alireza Kazemipour, executive secretary of smart fleet student competition, pointed out the planning method of the competition, stating: one of the major necessities for participating in the event is presenting the fleet design notebook. In this regard, participants were required to send their fleet design notebook, which include hydrostatic, hydrodynamic, automation and construction documentations, to the secretariat of the event until August 6^th 2018.

Kazemipour affirmed: sending design documentations for companies that support the evaluation and scoring of the documents, preparing the foundation for body construction educational workshops, holding the second technical committee with the representatives of organizations to support competitions, introducing two-three experiences students in the competition for counseling the teams, and holding specialized courses of Maxsurfe and +starccm are among the future programs that will be carried out along with holding the fourth round of the national festival of “Sea, the Path of Progress” in the section of smart fleet competitions.

The fourth national festival of “Sea, the Path of Progress” will be held October 23^rd-25^th, 2018 at the location of the holy defense museum in Tehran.
