Updating laboratory experts is a tool to improve the quality of laboratories.

Manager of the strategic technologies laboratory network believes that investing in updating of laboratory experts is a tool for improvement and increasing the quality of laboratories.

According to the Public Relations and information Center of the Vice-Presidency for Science and Technology Reza Asadifard, manager of the strategic technologies laboratory network, pointed that benefiting from the experiences of others leads to the transfer of ideas and creation of innovation. In addition, the flow of information results in the flourishing of the laboratory network and excellence of this area. In this regard, he added: if we want to be active in the area of knowledge-based economy and create added value through laboratory services, our researchers, students and professors must have complete knowledge about the general laboratory abilities of the country in the governmental and private sections.

He also asserted: similar to a living creature, the laboratory network needs innovation, growth and implementation of new ideas. Therefore, members can present their problems and ideas and implement them if there is there adequate laboratory ability. However, lack of this capability could be associated with increased cooperation with members of other teams in the network.

According to Asadifard, the new knowledge is more a result of combining interdisciplinary sciences rather than the creativity of people.
