Three venture capitals will enter Iran Fara Bourse with a Value of 590 Billion Tomans

Two venture capitals and one private venture capital will soon start their activities with an asset of 590 billion Tomans. They are the largest venture capitals and private venture capitals in the capital market.

Venture capitals are one of the new investment tools and responsible units of the capital market for investment of the public in technological and knowledge-based projects with the cooperation of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs.

Karma Algorithm and Roshd Paradox Yekom venture capitals have 50 and 240 billion Tomans of asset and mostly focus on areas such as media and entertainment, communication and information technology, bio and nano, medicine, health and difficult technologies.

The private Sorin Nahayat Negar venture capital has 300 billion Tomans of asset and invests in areas such as food industry, mine and transformative industries, ICT and tourism.

These venture capitals manage the asset of those looking for investing in new businesses (startups) and small and medium businesses and businesses with a high growth potential. There is no guarantee for profitability of these funds, and investors must announce to the brokers of Fara Bourse that they have sufficient knowledge of subscription or transaction of the fund's investment units by signing “the declaration of acceptance and declaration of acceptance of underwriting risk or transaction of investment units of the venture capitals and private funds”.

According to the report, the symbol of Sarmayeh Noafarinan Fund has been opened in March 2020 and has started secondary transactions since June 21st, 2020.
