According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, given the fact that the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs was ranked first among the executive organizations of the country in the evaluation of these organizations on the closing ceremony of the 15^th Shahid Rajaei Festival, the president of Iran appreciated the work of Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs, in this ceremony.

In evaluation of executive organizations by Shahid Rajaei Festival, all ministries and organizations participated. In the general index, executive organizations were evaluated in areas of organizational structure correction, development of e-government, management of human resources, financial management and clarity, improvement of business space and productivity, enhancement of administrative health, accountability and responsiveness, and establishment of performance management system.

According to this report, there was a direct relationship with service receivers and level of public satisfaction with the performance of executive organizations was assessed through message systems. In this type of census, the criterion was direct votes of services receivers about the performance of executive organizations.

According to the evaluations, the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs was able to receive the first rank in the public criteria of organization evaluation in Shahid Rajaei Festival and the first rank in evaluation of client satisfaction.

Shahid Rajaei Festival is held every year to identify and appreciate the work of service providers to the Islamic republic of Iran and nation of Iran and institutionalize the improvement of performance of executive organizations at various levels through appreciation and encouragement.

In this ceremony, 14 top organizations and executive organizations were appreciated as the top organizations of the 14^th Shahid Rajaei Festival.

Manager or representatives of ministry of defense and armed forces logistics, ministry of information and technology communication and ministry of energy were selected as the top organizations at the national level. In the specialized and general criteria, Tavanir Co., national organization of educational testing, and Iranian Mines & Mining Industries Development & Renovation were selected as the organizations affiliated with ministries. In the specialized and general criteria, the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs and Iran Water Resources Management Co. in the general criteria section, ministry of education and Land Affairs Organization in the area of specialized criteria, ministry of foreign affairs and Atomic Energy Organization in the area of organizational structure correction and Ports and Maritime Organization and Handicraft, Tourism and Cultural Heritage organization in the area of development of e-government were recognized as the selected organizations of the fourth festival, receiving prizes and letters of appreciation from the president of Iran.
