The technological relations of China with Iran will be improved

Wang Zhigang, the minister of science of China, states: we will use our full potential to foster scientific and academic cooperation between our two countries in the form of a Belt Road.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Wang Zhigang, the minister of science of China, pointed out the previous visit of China by Sattari and talked about the development of scientific cooperation between the two countries, expressing: during the trip, previous cooperation will be strengthened and enhanced, and a memorandum of understanding will be signed to reflect increased cooperation between the two countries.

Wang Zhigang continued: we can develop the model of cooperation between the two countries to be a model for cooperation with other countries in the field of science and technology.

He pointed out the importance of designing a belt - a road project for the two countries China and Iran, asserting: as part of this project, we will use our full potential to foster academic collaboration.

Iran is ready to develop interactions with knowledge-based companies

Mentioning the study of five million students and 200 thousand PhD holders in Iran, Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs, affirmed: the innovative and knowledge-based economy has been put on the agenda of Iran.

Mentioning that Iran is ranked third in the world in terms of gas production and has the largest oil and gas reservoir in the world, Sattari added: Iran’s economy has been affected by the youth interested in startups.

The vice president for science and technology affairs recognized China as the first power in the world, expressing: the scientific growth of China is so great that it will move beyond the United States in a few years.

The president of the national elites foundation marked: governments have the task of establishing bridges between knowledge-based companies, universities and science and education centers. We are ready to cooperate with technology parks as before.

The China-Iran Cooperation Agreement Was Signed

In the end, a cooperation agreement was signed between the vice president for science and technology affairs of Iran and the minister of science and technology of China.

A high-ranking scientific and knowledge-based delegation traveled to China with the presidency of Sorena Sattari, encompassing the managers of 70 knowledge-based companies. The purpose of this trip is to help promote the export of Iranian knowledge-based, technology and creative companies to China and to create technology exchanges at the enterprise level.

The delegation of Iran attended the international advanced technologies exhibition of China, where Sattari presented a lecture and talked about the scientific and technological capacities of Iran and capabilities of knowledge-based companies. The Pavilion of the Islamic Republic of Iran has also been in the exhibition for the fifth consecutive year, with 10 knowledge-based companies exhibiting their products.

Attending the business and technology meeting in Shenzhen was another part of this program, which led to signing seven cooperation agreements between Iranian and Chinese knowledge-based companies.
