The first specialized conference on engineering applications in biotechnology will be held May 6^th 2018 by the efforts of the biotechnology development headquarter and with the cooperation of school of biotechnology and environment of the Sharif University of Technology.

According to the public relations and information center of the vice-presidency for science and technology affairs, the first specialized conference on engineering applications in biotechnology will be held with the goal of familiarization of students with work fields related to technical engineering disciplines in the field of biotechnology and introducing the achievements of the country in this area.

This conference will be attended by a group of professors of Sharif University of Technology and the top entrepreneurs of the country in the field of biotechnology.

In addition, an exhibition will be held along with the conference to showcase the achievements of industrial companies in the area of biotechnology.
