The first gathering of ambassadors of stem cells and regenerative medicine science was held in Pardis technology park by the efforts of the stem cells sciences and technologies development headquarter. This event was ended by holding the workshop of fundamentals of business management and meeting of student associations.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, on the last day of the first gathering of ambassadors of stem cells and regenerative medicine sciences, after a lecture by Seyed Mostafa Monzavi, advisor to the stem cells sciences and technologies development headquarter, on the market of stem cells and considerations for production of cell-based treatment products, a four-hour workshop was held on the topic of fundamentals of business management and startup establishment.

In this program, which mainly focused on teamwork and formation of teams by students from various disciplines and universities, students learned how to use the business ecosystem and take step toward the commercialization of ideas and formation of a knowledge-based business by proper planning.

Following that, the CEO of PersisGen Par Co., introduced the role of accelerators and growth centers in the development of businesses to students, talking about the support of idea owners by the accelerators until reaching a desirable result.

After that, the representatives of some university associations, including Alborz University of Medical Sciences, Alzahra, Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences, Iran University of Medical Sciences, Bushehr University of Medical Sciences, Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Shiraz University of Medical Sciences, Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman, and University of Maragheh, described the programs, goals and activities of their own associations.

It is notable that in addition to the mentioned universities, representatives of Kharazmi University, Mashhad University of Medical Sciences, Shahid Beheshti, Sharif University of Industry, Yazd University of Medical Sciences, Shahed, Tarbiat Modares University, and Tabriz University of Medical Sciences, attended this two-day gathering.

At the end of the second day, the closing ceremony of the first gathering of ambassadors of stem cells and regenerative medicine science was held at the location of the event (Pardis Technology Park) with the lecture of Ehsan Arefian, manager of research, education and human resource development of the stem cells sciences and technologies development headquarter.
