The economic environment of the country is improved by knowledge-based technologies and startups.

Knowledge-based companies and startups are strengthened by the innovation of young and educated entrepreneurs. A new spirit is blown in the economy of the country and the environment for the economy of the country has been enhanced.

Sattari reminded the historical growing of heroes in the province of Fars, adding: this province reminds us of valuable human beings, such as pilot Abbas Doran, and other great people, the value of presence of whom is the presence of us and talking about future of the country.

Sattari mentioned that these people were great individuals since they sincerely and consciously selected their path. This form of greatness is required in various parts of the country today. He also asserted: the most important need of the economy of the country is human resources. Therefore, we must pave the way for great people and guide them toward the front of the economic transformation.

In addition, the citizens of the community face a new education and innovation every day.

The vice president for science and technology affairs regarded innovation as the origin of creation of added value, expressing: a small perfume bottle is way more valuable than a barrel of oil. What is more valuable is biotechnology medications and stem cells products, which are currently produced by the technologists and experts of knowledge-based companies and imported to the regional countries.

He pointed out that the use of revenues made by underground resources and crude selling leads to the creation of a culture that causes the generation of income without any efforts. In this regard, he continued: in crude selling economy, the youth’s ability is limited to recruitment by the government and there is no room for innovation. In addition, the efficiency of the industry, university and research centers is limited in the path of survival on oil revenues.

The vice president for science and technology affairs mentioned the necessity of creating a path for the presence of the private sector in research area, conveying: the private sector must eagerly invest in this area several times more than the government. If we want to have an innovative economy, the university must make its own money from the society, selling technology and interacting with the industry. In addition, presence of donors in universities is a common pattern in the world.

Sattari talked about the presence of the private sector in research as a suitable and motivating ecosystem, affirming: the private sector will invest in this field if it is ensured that the main investment is made on innovation.

According to the president of the national elites foundation, knowledge-based companies and startups help improve the economy of the country and guide us toward the orientation of brain instead of financial asset.

He pointed out the basic transformation and concept of education in the near future, marking: future cities will have educations that will change the life of people and the age of people will not be important in learning, in a way that even the elderlies use modern technologies to meet their daily needs.

The vice president for science and technology affairs mentioned the innovation factories created as the production line of knowledge-based companies and creative startups, considering these businesses as the main life component of the community section.

Sattari added: we have attempted to establish an innovation factor in Fars Province since it is very promising to see youth with innovative ideas. In addition, realization of this goal is carried out through supporting creative and knowledge-based companies.

According to the vice president for science and technology affairs, curse of the ruling resources on oil countries is turned into a positive issue by the presence of startups, and the economy is changed from begging for underground resources to flourishing of innovative ideas.

The vice president for science and technology affairs emphasized the importance of accepting the innovation and creativity of the youth in all parts of the province, expressing: the traditional sector has realized, at least in the last two or two years, that when faced with the losing companies, it has no choice but to seek its investment in and support for its young people and their innovative ideas.

The president of the knowledge-based economy and culture-building technologies development headquarter mentioned that the innovation factories cannot help without considering the people’s needs to occupation. In this respect, he continued: bureaucratic structures created due to defects in the oil economy will change by this trend and a new economic environment will be created.

The vice president for science and technology affairs expressed: a new move toward helping the entrepreneurial youth and generation, who do not have physical assets, is a new way for creating wealth.

According to the vice president for science and technology affairs, the desirable position of Iran in the global indicator of innovation and single-digit rankings of Iran in some of the components of this index, is indicative of Iran"s ability to possess human capital, which besides a pristine market in the Middle East, has paved an extraordinary opportunity to come to our country.

Sattari mentioned: fortunately, the private sector has come to the conclusion that creating private accelerators and parks and investment on the youth will generate more revenues. Therefore, the private sector is encouraged to invest in this regard. The government money limits the research and innovation and their result will not be accepted by people.
