The News Agency of the 5th Symposium of World Federation of Neurosurgical Societies reports:  In the sideline of holding this event, Alireza Daliri, the Executive Secretary of the 5th Symposium of World Federation of Neurosurgical Societies, declared: “An exhibition for domestic and foreign knowledge-based companies’ products has been held to present their products in Espinas Palace Hotel, the place of holding the symposium; this exhibition will be held in 6 days and is prepared for receiving the Iranian and foreign guests.”

He continued: “According to this report, 45 booths have been specified for the exhibition, 6 booths of which are dedicated to foreign companies and the other knowledge-based companies.”

Daliri, also, stated: “In these booths, some of the products and all the services, related to the Headquarter of Developing Culture of Science, Technology and Knowledge-based Economy, including the Headquarter of Stem Cells Development, the Headquarter of Biotechnology Development, the Headquarter of Nano Technology Development, and the Headquarter of
Medicinal Plants Development are presented to show Iranian companies’ scientific capacities to the foreign countries; some of the associations, relevant to this great scientific event, have activated their offices in this exhibition in order to explain the professional infrastructures for their related guests.”

According to the Executive Secretary of the 5th Symposium of World Federation of Neurosurgical Societies, in this exhibition, two groups of domestic and foreign companies are present to provide the ground for the interaction of foreign companies with domestic experts and exporting their knowledge-based products to those countries.

Daliri considered introducing knowledge-based manufacturing companies and interaction for exporting their products as the goal of holding this exhibition and continued: “Also we are trying to evaluate the quality of Iranian products, relative to the foreign products. In this exhibition, famous domestic knowledge-based companies and great foreign knowledge-based companies, including Philips and Siemens, are present.”

The Fifth World Symposium of Neurosurgeons Associations is held in Tehran, by the Vice-Presidency of Science and Technology, from April 17th to 22nd.
