The construction process of floating solar power plant is started in Dahak city.

 

The construction process of floating solar power plant in Chah Nimeh of Zahak is started in the presence of the vice president for science and technology affairs, deputy minister of energy and head of new energy organization of the country.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs, traveled to Zabol this morning to join the academics and technologists of Zabol in starting the project of floating solar power plant on Chah Nimeh dams of Zahak.

Sattari pointed out the importance of modeling of technological solutions to solve domestic challenges, especially in the area of water, stating: it is important to have the knowledge and technology for planning and optimizing, so that such power plants could be designed and used to reduce evaporation, which is a completely new methods in the world.

He also asserted: implementation of such projects with investment of the private sector and infrastructural support of provincial authorities will lay the foundation for solving domestic problems and helping the development and flourishing of economy.

According to this report, the floating solar power plant on Chah Nimeh dams of Zahak will be constructed with seven megawatts power with an area of 14 hectares and an investment cost of 8.5 million euros.
