According to the public relations and information center of the presidency vice presidency for science and technology affairs, at the seasonal conference of the Iranian Society for Immunology and Allergy, Amir Ali Hamidieh- secretary of the stem cells sciences and technologies development headquarter of the vice presidency for science affairs mentioned the importance of the security system and immunology major and  its applications in treating a wide range of diseases and said: The stem cells sciences and technologies development headquarter has been formed based on an act approved by the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution in which during the last year with the new team, activities such as meetings of the Immune cell Therapy task force, holding the first symposium on Immune cell Therapy, etc so finally we manage to witness modern technologies in this field.

Hamidieh added: The act approved by the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution includes different sections of the regenerative medicine and part of it is related to stem cells and includes other parts such as tissue engineering, gene therapy, gene editing, Immune cell Therapy, etc.

He added: The increasing use of safety cells (NK T CELL DC) for treating diseases makes forming a clinical and fundamental team to obtain modern technologies.

Based on this report, the conference of the Iranian Society for Immunology and Allergy was held at the Avicenna hall- Medical faculty- Tehran university of Medical Sciences in November 2016 with presence of Ali Hamidieh- secretary of the stem cells sciences and technologies development headquarter of the vice presidency for science affairs in association with the immunology group of the Medical faculty of Tehran university of Medical Sciences.
