According to the public relations and information center of the presidency vice presidency for science and technology affairs, with a decree by Dr. Soorena Sattari- presidency vice president for science and technology affairs- Parviz Karami was appointed as the secretary-general of the national cultural artistic “made in Iran” festival with the slogan of “Iranian Technology = Iranian Business” and with the aim of supporting domestically made products, mainstreaming, producing content for the cyberspace related to entrepreneurship, negating irregular imports, making culture and making discussion for knowledge-based economy in association with the activists of culture and art which is the main aim of this vice presidency and the knowledge-based science, technology and economy culture development headquarter of the vice presidency for science affairs.

It Is Written in this Decree:

“Art is the language of unspeakable, seeker of undiscovered. Art is an aperture to unseen.  Based on this amazing and dreamful language, wonder and growth can be resulted in different cultural and social areas. Therefore, it is very desirable that consider the effectiveness and importance of the art’s language in discussion-making of knowledge-based science and technology and economy seriously.

Hence, regarding the hierarchic of commitment, ability and valuable experiences of your excellency in the fields of science, technology, culture and art, you are appointed as the secretary-general of the national cultural artistic “made in Iran” festival with the slogan of “Iranian Technology = Iranian Business” by this decree.

It is expected that because of holding this important event, an effective, impressive and mainstreamer path is opened by utilizing the art’s language and power of this field’s activists so that supporting domestically made products and Iranian business is accelerated in the country and cerebration of using intellectual capitals and expert young human force is glittered more than before for creating the entrepreneurship ecosystem.

I hope that with God’s kindness and with culture-making and propagating the knowledge-based science, technology and economy which are the aim of this festival and making national and ultra organizational approach and cooperation and companionship of other organizations especially the national media, journals, culture and art men, scientific and technology centers and knowledge-based companies, you will be successful in holding this hope-generator and mainstreamer movement as good as possible.”

Based on this report, Parviz Karami is now the consultant of the presidency vice president for science and technology affairs, head of the public relation information center and president of the knowledge-based science, technology and economy culture development headquarter of the vice presidency for science affairs.
