Supporting 11 Activities of Iranian and Chinese Researchers; Results of the 5th Silk Road Science Fund (SRSF) Call Are Announced
This June, the Silk Road Science Fund (SRSF) announced its fifth call for cooperation with Chinese Academy of Sciences and Iran National Science Foundation in order to increase scientific and technological cooperation between the researchers of the two countries.
After the call, researchers of the two countries submitted their projects and the final results were announced after the evaluation of the works. Overall, three projects in the nanotechnology field, two projects in cognitive sciences field, and six joint workshops will be carried out with the support of the call. Joint workshops in the fields of renewable energy, water sciences and cognitive sciences.
According to the report, SRSF supports joint research activities between Iranian researchers and Chinese Academy of Sciences. Within that framework, support is provided in the form of three activities: joint research and development projects, holding joint workshops and exchanging researchers in short-term courses.
