According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the call for new areas of convergent technologies, was published by the convergent technologies strategic center this May. In this call, accelerators, innovation centers and venture capitals will be present as the supporters of development of business and technology with various topics based on their desire for attracting startups and investment on them. On the other hand, startups of this field present their projects in the mentioned areas.

With regard to the relationship between convergent technologies and areas of nano, bio, information and cognitive sciences, the relevant headquarters will attend this program as the supporters of the call. Some of these headquarters include nano, bio, cognitive sciences, advanced construction and materials, energy and knowledge-based economy and technology.
