According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the first gathering of ambassadors of stem cells and regenerative medicine, especial for active students in science associations of stem cells and regenerative medicine across the country, was held by the efforts of the stem cells sciences and technology affairs in Pardis Technology Park.

Amir Ali Hamidieh, secretary of stem cells and regenerative medicine, pointed out that this is the first student gathering in the area of science and technology in the country, stating: many of the attendees of the event have not seen a technology park yet. For those, it is better to say that technology park is a place that can be compared to an airport. In case of being equipped and optimally used, we can prevent the flight of our birds to outside the country.

He explained: among the biggest problems that significantly damage the country is losing the capable human resources who emigrate from the country. Sometimes, these individuals are described by bad titles. Nevertheless, no one asks the reason of their leaving or how much of the work ecosystem has been prepared for them. Without a doubt, these people will remain and work for their country if the necessary infrastructure is provided for them.

Secretary of stem cells sciences and technologies development headquarter expressed his hope: this gathering is a great opportunity for cooperation of students from various fields and universities since working together from different fields of nano, bio and stem cells can significantly affect our future.

He also addressed the audience, affirming: I hope that you design a new model in combination with other fields and put efforts in being the ambassador of change of attitude in students. These individuals must be motivated in a way that they could realize that not only in education, but they also play a role in all fields. future is yours and you can shape it.

Hamidieh pointed out the immature state of sciences of stem cells and regenerative medicine in Iran, mentioning: this area of science has a high potential to be a brand. You young people can make it happen.
