According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, an agreement was signed between the Vice-Presidency and Kosar Economy Organization to use the capacities of the mentioned organization on the path of growth and development of knowledge-based products and services in line with the realization of goals of economy of resistance.

This agreement was signed with the topics of cooperation in establishing an accelerator and innovation center for Kosar Economy Organization, mutual cooperation to establish and develop new financial methods, such as collective financial supply and venture capitals, joint collaboration in establishment and development of research and technology fund affiliated to Kosar Economy Organization, mutual cooperation for recognition, support, and attraction of assets for knowledge-based projects and companies, and mutual cooperation for recognizing and attracting capital in innovation and high-quality projects.

According to this agreement, the Vice-Presidency is committed to spiritually and technically support the projects and establish the topics of the agreement and provide information and specialized counseling in areas of activities of the agreement. The Vice-Presidency is also obligated to inform and persuade the activists of the knowledge-based sector to enter the areas of the agreement and use the created capacities.

Other commitments of the Vice-Presidency include introducing startups in the area of technologies related to entrepreneurship and new and knowledge-based businesses to Kosar Economy Organization and facilitating the process of knowledge-based license acquisition by the introduced companies in the accelerator and innovation center of Kosar Economy Organization.

On the other hand, Kosar Economy Organization is committed to establish an accelerator and innovation center with the cooperation of the Vice-Presidency. Other obligations of the center include recognition and implementation of new financial supply methods proportional to the strategies in the field of business within the framework of the agreement. In addition, it is committed to make the necessary coordination with other units to support the establishment of technology and research fund.

Duration of this agreement is determined at three since starting from October 15^th 2018. The agreement was signed by Alireza Daliri, deputy for management development and resources, as the representative of the Vice-Presidency, and Javad Vakili, deputy of planning and economy of Kosar Economy Organization, as the representative of this organization.
