According to the public relations and information center of the vice-presidency for science and technology affairs, Mostafa Ghanei, secretary of the biotechnology development headquarter, stated about the programs of the headquarter for encouraging students toward the field of biotechnology, stating: the headquarter has compiled seven books and educational contents for students and teachers with the budget of 700 million rials.

He added: these books include “familiarity with bioinformatics and its applications”, “familiarization with structure of life”, “familiarity with applications of biotechnology”, “biotechnology and related fields”, “marine biotechnology”, “biotechnology for students” and publication of Javan Zist Fanavaran journal for students.

According to Ghaneri, academic guidance of students toward biotechnology and promotion of biotechnology is one of the most important goals of the headquarter for implementing this program.
