Chairman of Iran national space administration stated: we need to make efforts to increase the role of aerospace industry in the economy of the country by developing it.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Manouchehr Manteghi, chairman of Iran national space administration, expressed about the high ability of aerospace industry of the country in economy, affirming: it has been planned that we will be able to play a role in the economy of the country through the space section by 2015.

He added: generally, the space section leads to national productivity. Distribution and use of this technology in various fields will result in its effectiveness on national technology.

According to Manteghi, being effective in other sections is one of the effects of attention and growth of space achievements.

He emphasized: another part in space section is national achievements, which create an economic movement. We will plan in a way that a part of economic incomes is allocated to space incomes.

Chairman of Iran national space administration asserted: a part of space incomes has play a role in the generality of economy, whereas another part can be recognized as economic growth itself.
