The first specialized conference on incremental building will be held as s part of the second Comprehensive Incremental Building Event in Iran.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, along with holding the second comprehensive incremental building event, the first specialized conference on incremental building will be held.

Considering the growing trend of manufacturing technology in the country as well as the attention of academic and research departments to this issue, in addition to the exhibition section, which is dedicated to the presence of industrial, research, and even academics, the section of the specialized scientific conference on incremental manufacturing has also been added to the event to provide an opportunity for students, professors, researchers and artisans to show their scientific and research articles and their latest achievements.

Activists of this field can send their scientific and industrial articles until November 11^th 2018 to be presented in the conference if approved. In addition, incremental manufacturing technologies, design optimization, process optimization and control, complementary processes, simulation and modeling, business models, economic, social and raw materials: production and characterization processes are among the topics of this event. Moreover, three lectures will be presented by foreign researchers.

According to this report, the first 3D printing event of Iran was held in May 2017 in the state’s conference hall of Tehran. The second 3D printing event will be held December 5^th-7^th, 2018 at the national level and for assessing and aggregating existing domestic capacities and establishing a link between the activists in this area by advanced manufacturing technologies development headquarter in three axes. The second exhibition of 3D printing industries, and the first specialized conference of incremental manufacturing technologies and the first national 3D printing competition, especial for teachers and students, are parts of this event.
