Chairman of Iran national space administration stated: designing, constructing and orbiting local telecommunication satellites is one of the priorities of the second 10-year space vision plan

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Manouchehr Manteghi, chairman of Iran national space administration, expressed about the 10-year space vision plan: in this plan, we have aimed to showcase the national pride and ability to use the domestication of space technologies.

He continued: in the next 10-year plan, there will be focus on the development of space services in the society in order to gain international cooperation for faster access to the necessary technologies and goals.

According to Manteghi, “designing, constructing and orbiting local telecommunication satellites” and “basic space navigation by international and local facilities” are among the priorities of the second 10-year space program.
