Network thinking leads to the emergence of ideas

Manager of the strategic technologies laboratory network believes that a new organization or idea can be established by network thinking.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Reza Asadifard, manager of strategic technologies development headquarter, pointed out the necessity of development of network thinking in the country, stating: the first difference between network thinking and normal, traditional and hierarchical thinking is that a person with network thinking believes that nothing can be accomplished by force.

He continued: a person with network thinking does not only consider the facilities that he owns rather regard all facilities of other organizations inside and outside of the country as an opportunity. According to Asadifard, paved paths must be provided in network thinking so that all of those eager to work can have a plan. In fact, it is necessary to have individual interests in line with the interests of organizations. A manager must place himself in the shoes of all of those who play a role in the implementation of a program or policy and regard their interests and considerations.

He also asserted: the strategic technologies laboratory network has aimed to be active in this area and based on network thinking, so that it could benefit from the advantages of this type of thinking.
