In line with increasing synergy in the actions performed by the water, drought, erosion and environment development headquarter and the biotechnology development headquarter, joint technological projects will be evaluated in two water and biotechnology fields.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, with regard to the joint nature of some of the projects of water development headquarter and biotechnology development headquarter, a meeting was held for joint cooperation of two headquarters and dividing responsibilities in performing joint projects at the location of the water, drought, erosion and environment development headquarter.

According to this report, this meeting was held on performing joint technological projects in the area of desalination, use of non-oil mulches, problems of dunes in Sistan and Baluchestan Province, development of oak forests and issue of development of algae. In this regard, the attendees exchanged their opinions and the method of carrying out joint projects by the headquarters was evaluated based on the work area.

In addition, cooperation with accelerators in line with the identification of the market and facilitation of technology commercialization processes were emphasized in the meeting.
