He continued: the optimal use of national capital in the field of laboratory infrastructure, the establishment of appropriate facilities for access to researchers and industries of the country to laboratory services and the standardization of laboratory activities and the promotion of technical knowledge of laboratory experts are important goals of the network.

According to Asadifard, the activities and actions by the laboratory network are designed and performed in the form of annual programs.
