The secretary of biotechnology development headquarter states: extensive efforts will be dedicated to increase of the number of companies located in the growth centers. We will also support the activities of private companies.

According to the Public Relations and information Center of the Vice-Presidency for Science and Technology, Mostafa Ghanei, the secretary of biotechnology development headquarter, stated about the priorities determined in the vaccine workgroup of the headquarter, affirmed: with regard to the strategic nature of vaccine area in the country, the number of companies, which are able to obtain the title of knowledge-based, will be increased by the efforts of the headquarter.

He continued: establishment of new production lines inside and outside of the country is another measure that will be taken this year by attracting domestic and foreign investments.

According to Ghanei, transfer of the technology of vaccines required in Iran has been seriously followed up in the past few years.

He added: however, in addition to this process, the current technologies of the country will be exported to the other countries.
