Chairman of national space and advanced transportation administration expressed: correct use of the current scientific and technological capacities in the country will turn Iran into the aerospace pole of the region.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Manouchehr Manteghi, chairman of national space and advanced transportation administration, pointed out the high capacities of Iran in the aerospace field, asserting: if other countries of the region had the scientific capacities of Iran, they would definitely invest in it as a national wealth.

He added: currently, the focus of states on investment includes three sections of aerospace, including sending man to space, spatial applications, especially remote sensing, and launchers.

Manteghi explained about the continuation of the empowerment of countries in this field, affirming: we have been able to obtain the necessary technology and infrastructures for designing and manufacturing test satellites, exploratory rockets, launch to low-height circuit, and spatial exploratory sciences.
