According to the public relations and information center of the presidency vice presidency for science and technology affairs, a delegation consisting of several companies sent from Czech Republic accompanied with deputy of minister of industry and trade and head of the Asia, Africa and Australia section of Czech Republic and also director of the aerospace syndicate as the only aerospace syndicate of Czech which has covered a wide range of activities in the field of aerial transport in Czech and coordinates industrial activities and business and technical methods on the behalf of the aerospace industry of Czech and international and governmental and private organizations have traveled to Tehran this September to negotiate on joint cooperation’s in aerospace of both countries.

In a joint meeting held with presence of Manouchehr Manteghi- secretary of aviation and aerial knowledge-based industries and technology development headquarter of the presidency vice presidency for science and technology affairs and superior knowledge based companies and this delegation with warm reception of these companies, some topics about fields of Iran aerial companies’ activities and representatives of professional companies of Czech Republic with some in charges of the aviation and aerial knowledge-based industries and technology development headquarter of the presidency vice presidency for science and technology affairs visited some of the aerial companies. On the second day of this delegation’s presence in Tehran, private negotiations of companies of both sides continued and the second stage of visits get carried out.

Some Agreements upon joint activities and cooperation’s between the two countries were done in carried out negotiations which these agreements confirmed mutually comprise joint cooperation between Iran and Czech in manufacturing parts for providing to international markets, joint designing of new motor to use in regional markets, designing and manufacturing commercial helicopter, cooperation in the field of ultra-light aircrafts for regional markets, introducing and manufacturing 19-seater aircraft for joint and domestic markets, cooperation in developing remote-sensing satellites projects in Iran.

Additionally, joint R&D on new technologies for producing products in future, researcher and student exchange in academic sections between the both parties, exporting technical and engineering services to Czech are other determined cooperation in the aforementioned memorandum.
