According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Manouchehr Manteghi, chairman of Iran national space administration, expressed about allocating research budgets to the aerial section: the first task performed in line with providing insurance for the science and technology section is assigning a separate research budget. While it might be a small budget, researchers will plan their projects based on the same budget.

He continued: there is always a mistake in the budget section. When we say the research section, we see the research budget along with other budgets, and if the budget is generally high, a great deal of it will be spent on research, and if low, the amount used will be low as well.

According to Manteghi, if this happens, there will be significant progress in aerial achievements of the country, compared to the current condition of this field.
