According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Reza Asadifard, manager of strategic technologies laboratory network, expressed: the strategic technologies laboratory network needs innovation, growth, and implementation of new ideas like a living creature. In this regard, members can present their ideas and problems and implement them if there is the necessary laboratory ability. However, they can cooperate with other teams of the network if there is a lack of capability and capacity. We believe that new knowledge is the result of combination of interdisciplinary sciences rather than the creativity of people.

He added: the laboratory network is not a hierarchical organization and each member can be the center with a great number of interactions. By facilitating this issue, the laboratory network provides the ability to use the benefits of the center by all members across the country. Development is created by placing all laboratory abilities next to each other. Since the network growth by the excellency and growth of its members, membership in the network will be cancelled in case of reduced activities of members according to the determined criteria.
