The strategic technologies laboratory network has created the association of laboratory activists of Iran with the goal of promoting the culture and creating the infrastructure for collective participation in laboratories.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the strategic technologies laboratory network has established the association of laboratory activists of Iran in order to motivate and support the personnel of laboratories.

Other services of the network include providing information to more than 28,000 applicable tests in the member centers of the network, holding two-three-day group visits of member centers in provinces, signing agreements with the standard research center, and providing the possibility of the use of network member centers from Iran insurance support packages.

At present, more than 38 percent of the network members are private, and about 34 percent of the network members are subsidiaries of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, and the rest of the members form the centers of other organizations and subsystems of other ministries.
