Eight cooperation agreements are signed between Iranian and foreign countries
According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Alireza Daliri, deputy for management development and resources, stated on the meeting of knowledge-based companies and board members of the chamber of commerce of Iran-Iraq and chamber of commerce of Iraq: Iran and Iraq have had considerable interactions in various areas. In terms of new technologies, great interactions have been made in previous rounds and various joint exhibitions have been held between these countries.
Daliri pointed out an exhibition that was inaugurated six years ago in Arbil, Iraq by Iran, expressing: proper contracts were concluded in that exhibition. These associations can be improved. In terms of new technologies, Iran is a rich country and has had great advancements. In addition, Iran has observed a great improvement in most technologies in the past few years.
Daliri also explained: every year, Iranian technological products are exported to large countries, including European countries. Iran has a special place regarding some technologies, including nanotechnology, for which Iran has obtained the fourth global rank.
Deputy for management development and resources also announced the preparedness of Iran for exporting Iranian products through joint credit lines, adding: the possibility of transfer of technology to Iraqi companies is one of the activities we are prepared for. Iran and Iraq have had a historical relation, and interactions in the area of technology can improve these associations as well.
During this meeting, eight cooperation agreements were signed between Iranian and foreign knowledge-based companies. Among these agreements were Alvan Sabet Co., which signed an agreement with an Iraqi company on using the colors of this company in factory. Another agreement was signed with an Indian company on textile. In addition, the third agreement was signed between this company and Koya University in Iraq in line with technological activities.
Moreover, the knowledge-based company of “Sina Colon” concluded a contract with Koya University of Iraq on the area of scientific research and purchase of biological medication. This university also signed an agreement with the knowledge-based company of Shafa Tabiei Padideh in the field of medicine.
In line with exchange of cultural heritage, the “Cultural Heritage and Tourism Research Center” signed an agreement with the secretary of the cultural heritage working group of Italy. Moreover, technical universities of Iraq, including Salahaddin University, North University and some other universities, concluded a contract in line with the establishment of nano laboratory. In the end, Koya University signed an agreement with “Nobel Laboratory”, the objectives of which are laboratory and research activities in the field of biology.
This meeting was held with the support of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs and with the help of Hookad Export Management Company. This meeting was attended by board members of the chamber of commerce of Iran-Iraq and chamber of commerce of Iraq.
