According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, given the mission of research institutes and centers of the country and since the nature of activities of the Vice-Presidency is using technologies in line with production and development of business market, the water, drought, erosion and environment development headquarter has aimed to create interactions with research institutes of the agriculture promotion, education, and research organization so that technological achievements could lead to the production and development of businesses.

To this end, a meeting was held in the presence of the secretary, deputy and authorities of working groups of the headquarter and heads of the institutes of agriculture promotion and education research organization (head of the soil conservation and watershed management institute, head of forestry and rangeland research institute, head of the institute of agricultural engineering research, research, technology and exchange of finding deputy of institute of water and soil) and director general of the office of technology affairs to develop interactions between institutes and the water, drought, erosion and environment development headquarter at the location of office of the headquarter.

In this meeting, first the secretary of the headquarter and managers of working groups introduced the headquarter and its activities. Following that, heads of institutes and general manager of technology office expressed suggestions and solutions for improvement and development interactions.

In the end, it was decided to evaluate and decide about the method of cooperation and interactions between organizations to develop technologies in the country by a working group encompassing the representatives of organizations and institutes.
