Sattari also pointed out the effect of technology on development of industry and increase of occupation, expressing: sustainable economy will be realized by using demand-oriented research, as well as the modern sciences and technologies.

The president of the national elites foundation considered the increase of production quality, native industry prosperity, return of elites and maintaining the capacity of creative and educated young people in the province necessary, requiring the creation of an environment conducive to business and innovation. In this regard, he continued: provision should be made for a favorable biomass in the province, where preservation of provincial resources, the capacity of young and creative workforce will be able to boost their abilities to create added value to flourish.

Sattari reminded the passing from resource-based economy to an economy based on innovation and creativity, asserting: in oil-based economy, we can only rely on the revenues obtained by selling underground resources. Despite the general belief, this revenue is not in the efficient in the development process. In fact, entrepreneurship and using the natural capacities and studies will help us increase the quality of economy.

He also affirmed: the successful examples of industries and productions in other provinces must be accurately monitored so that they could be successful models for newly developed industries.
