The abilities of experts in the country will be used in the project of “Market Research on Energy Optimization in Buildings”. In this regard, a call is published to improve cooperation in this field.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the project of “reforming the policies and market evolution to increase energy efficiency in the construction sector in the Islamic Republic of Iran” is being performed.

The Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs has initiated the United Nations development program since last year with the cooperation of global environment facility. The main goal of this project is increasing energy efficiency in residential and administrative buildings and reducing environmental pollutants.

In this regard, the Vice-Presidency has aimed to allocate research related to the level of knowledge and market research on energy optimization in residential buildings to actual expert counselors, so that the potential and capacity of creative human resources can be exploited. Enthusiasts of this field can send their suggestions for service provision in the project until June 9^th 2018.

In addition, the main topic of the services needed to determine the level of awareness of the people of Tehran about the optimal use of energy in the building, and the assessment of supply and demand in existing and new buildings taking into account the energy consumption index and the formulation of operational proposals for awareness-raising, creation demand and social marketing.
