By attracting talents and specialists inside and outside the country and using the capabilities of technology and innovative companies, it has created a platform for integration between the three pillars of innovation, industrial zone and residential area in eastern Tehran province.

This position can be connected to Roodehen Islamic Azad University, Payame Noor Pardis University, Pardis Innovation Islamic Azad University, Bumhan Satellite Communication Center and Cognitive Sciences Research Institute.

Moreover, industrial centers that can be connected to this area include Firoozkooh industrial town, Khorramdasht industrial zone, Kamard industrial zone, Siah Sang industrial zone and Damavand industrial town.
