Technical regulations for the development of e-government

Based on this legislation, executive agencies can obtain ICT services up to three times the average installment quota by the help of knowledge-based companies, consulting companies or capable software companies using a single option referred to part C of Article 16 in the Regulation of purchase consulting services. Eligibility and ranking of knowledge-based companies mentioned in this article in the field of ICT have been done by Iran’s Information Technology Organization.
