He added: During the past years and in different periods, the compassionate managers have worked hard, the result of which has been the identification of more than 50,000 talented and valuable elite people and facilitating the mechanisms for using their capacities in the country's issues.

The Acting Vice President of Science and Technology continued by stating that according to global standards, approximately one percent of the population of each country is in the position of the top talents and elites of that society: there are approximately one million people in Iran of 100 million, which is 20 times what it is today. Officially, we have recognized elites in the National Elites Foundation, they are part of the ecosystem for Iranian elites.

Attention to the role of humanities and creative industries in identifying elites

The Acting Vice President of Science and Technology stated that in recent years the discourse of elites has generally been formed around students and professors of technical, engineering and medical sciences and said: Paying attention to the elites of humanities and arts in a world where culture, media and digital content has the first word in the direction of nations and countries, and also attention to the elites of the field of basic sciences to cultivate the leaders of these fields and influence the society and build the future of science, technology and innovation, which has been given less attention, should be given special support.

Dehghani Firouzabadi stated: The elites of every society are based on their inherent talents and abilities, blessings and mines of planning and management and governance for every society, which if they are placed in the sources of affairs, they will have the best impact on the members of the society to solve problems and lead the country. Towards progress, they will have independence, safety and freedom.

He stated that in the implementation of the country's strategic document on the affairs of elites, 24 agencies have an executive and mission role, and said: after 10 years, only half of this amount has been achieved. Considering the strategies of the 13th government in justice-centered and people-oriented, this strategic document should be fully implemented with the efforts of the directors of this foundation and the support of the president himself in pursuing the demand from all the institutions of the country and the end of the government.

Dehghani Firouzabadi continued: In line with this mission, using the capacity of elite people's organizations as well as selected elites of the same foundation for management, implementation and expertise in all components of the National Elite Foundation is a serious strategy and will be realized by the grace of God in the 13th government. Definitely, the best person who can manage the elites and the affairs of the elites are the same elites.

Using smart technologies to identify and attract elites

The Acting Vice President of Science and Technology considered honoring and respecting talents and elites as the main basis of the National Elites Foundation and added: using active tools to identify elites by applying artificial intelligence technologies, social networks and introduction of elites by elites instead of self-declaration methods by presenting documents and forms, which are generally time-consuming and far from dignity, are on the serious agenda of the National Elites Foundation.

He continued: The development of the elite circle from academics to other fields including management, market, industry, business skills, culture and governance policy, etc. will make the National Elites Foundation a comprehensive and influential institution in all the institutions of the country and a database. The community of specialists and managers will transform the country's leaders for employment in important managerial and specialized positions.

Dehghani Firouzabadi stated that the vice presidency of science and technology has developed legal mechanisms and infrastructure for the reference of knowledge-based and creative companies in the past years; He said: On the other hand, the foundation has always been connected to the flow of professors and students to discover and identify top talents in universities.

He stated that the professor-centered elite cores, which were and are being emphasized by the leadership of the revolution, each of them will be the seeds for the growth of a great knowledge-based or creative company. A clear process formed a roadmap for the formation of elite cores around prominent and leading professors in the foundation and their guidance, and the formation of new knowledge-based and creative companies to support the vice presidency of science and technology.

Dehghani Firouzabadi continued: In line with this strategic goal, the scientific and technological accelerators of the country have been established in the mechanism that will be determined in the National Elites Foundation and their supervision has been done in the vice presidency of science and technology.

Referring to the programs of the National Elites Foundation to empower the talents of the country to train elite rulers, he emphasized on solving their livelihood concerns and said: solving the livelihood concerns of housing for 1000 leading elites per year is one of the programs that will be realized with the support of the popular government.

Creating a demand-oriented market for knowledge-based products

Emphasizing the effort to develop the real market of knowledge-based products with the efforts of the vice presidency of science and technology and the role of the elites, Dehghani Firouzabadi said: with the implementation of the progressive leap law of knowledge-based production, there is a real opportunity for the return of Iranian elites living abroad or to use their capacities in the same countries will be created to solve the country's problems, which can be very promising.
