The technology-energy zone of Khuzestan will be soon unveiled as an ecosystem for maximizing the power of domestic production in areas of oil, gas and energy.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, technology-energy zone of Khuzestan, which is established by the support of energy technologies development headquarter, will be soon unveiled to witness the development of activities of this field. This technology area must be recognized as an ecosystem for maximization of the power of domestic production and services in the area of oil, gas and energy.

This area is established to create an ecosystem, where a network is established for the beneficiaries of oil, gas and energy. In this ecosystem, the sections of supply and demand are important. Meanwhile, technologists, universities, research centers and science centers can create a significant network to produce and supply specific services or products. In the demand section, with regard to rich oil and gas sources in Khuzestan and production of more than 70% oil of the country, some of the big players of this field, including the national oil company of southern oilfield and water and energy company of Khuzestan.

Therefore, association between these two sections and supplying the demands by domestic products are the goals of establishing this area. Regional development based on the potentials of the area is considered to witness the formation of supply and demand in this region.
