According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Mahdi Faghihi, secretary of information, communication and cyberspace technology development headquarter, expressed four main areas of legal aspects of information technology that can cause problems for businesses of this field in the international conference of legal aspects of information technology, stating: there has been improper role of regulation of the area of technology development, which has created some problems in businesses in the cyberspace.

Faghihi also talked about the copyright of intellectual property and intellectual property booklet, asserting: the relevant bill had many flaws that caused serious damages to the area of software and businesses based on information and cyberspace technologies.

Secretary of information, communication and cyberspace technology development headquarter also expressed: next discussion of ownership and disclosure adequacy is audit in the information, which not only does not solve the problems of the country but also leads to division of work between executive organizations of the country, eventually damaging the industrial property system.

Pointing out that the discussion of infrastructures will not be presented until further years, Faghihi affirmed: today, we are faced with new concepts, such as blockchain, in internet of things and smart businesses, which will lead to a massive change in the legislative area, consequently changing the business area by changing the centrality of the business environment and the way of exercising power in this area.

Secretary of information, communication and cyberspace technology development headquarter mentioned: blockchain and digital financial interactions have earned our trust. Therefore, the issue of legal infrastructure is not discussed here and the important future issues will be solving the problems of this area and finding innovative solutions. Lack of proper entrance to this area will lead to many problems in the future, which require daily dealing with issues.

According to this report, the conference of legal aspects of information technology was held in the conference hall of ministry of information and communication technologies in the presence of Mahdi Faghihi in order to unveil the legal bills of information technology, including data support, electronic transactions, electronic governance, electronic IDs and the rights of relevant providers.
