Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs went to Gharamalek industrial town in the first part of his trip to East Azarbaijan province, visiting the technological achievements of Pumpiran Co. Visiting the exhibition of technological products of Sahand University of Technology Development Center was another part of this trip.

Sattari visited the science and technology park of East Azerbaijan as one of the players of the innovation and technology ecosystem and talked to the technologists of the park during visiting the technology exhibition. The ceremony of handing over nine plots of land to knowledge-based and technology companies was also performed in this part of the visit. The total area of these lands was 13,000 square meters.

In addition, 11 knowledge-based products were unveiled in the presence of the vice president. New generation elevators, state-of-the-art telescope technology, augmented reality technology and automatic line drawing and painting machines are some of them.

The next destination of Sattari was Tabriz advanced technologies industrial town No. 4, where the mass production line of sealed-tube CO2 lasers factory was opened. The technologists acquired this technology in the knowledge-based company of Sahand Aram Modern Industries. In the first phase, 5,000 laser tubes are produced per year. Laser tubes require advanced technology for production and are used in all hospital equipment for laser imaging and in the industry in laser cutting. With the opening of this production line, Iran is known as the third country with the technology to produce this product. The United States and China are other countries with this technology.

In addition, in this town, another production line related to the production deepening factory was opened inside the Chemical Research Company of Sanat. All specialized sanctioned parts are to be produced by this factory. Of course, one of its advantages is that its products are not work series and make the parts needed by the industries a sample. Mostly the paper and cellulose industries can meet their needs in this way.

At the end of this trip, the new phase of manufacturing electronic boards of Parlar Asia Knowledge-Based Industries Company was inaugurated via a video conference.
