According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs, stated among a number of provincial deputies and authorities during his travel to the province of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province: this is one of the successful entrepreneurial samples of the private sector in strategic technologies. For the first time, a domestic knowledge-based company has entered the area of commercialization of technologies in the field of nuclear energy.

Knowledge-based companies and startups, products or services of which are on the sanction list against Iran, can benefit from this issue as a valuable opportunity to meet the needs of the country in addition to creating added value and occupations.

Sattari emphasized the necessity of managing the space of the country in the sanction periods and allowing the activities of knowledge-based companies and startups, expressing: the problems of Iran will not be solved expect with the use of innovations and reflections in universities, research centers and technological companies. As the main source of science and technology production, this center can contribute to solving the problems of the country by performing joint projects.

The vice president for science and technology affairs also asserted that the “Gamma Radiation System” is one of the pioneering and successful samples of the mentioned projects in the private sector. In this regard, he added: for the first time, a knowledge-based company of the private sector has entered the area of energy with the cooperation of experts and academics, causing a good phenomenon in transfer of technology through science centers and universities.

President of the national elites foundation continued: the top universities of the country, such as Sharif University of Industry and Shahid Beheshti, have played a key role in this project. In addition, presence of graduates in the field of physics and nuclear energies in this project is indicative of lack of necessity of role-playing of the government sections and effectiveness of knowledge-based companies of the private sector acting as a center for emergence of innovation and occupation of academic graduates.

The vice president for science and technology affairs regarded the paving of the way for development of nuclear energies by the private sector as a promising phenomenon, which can lead to the formation of at least eight similar centers in Shahr-e Kurd in the near future.

The president of the knowledge-based economy and culture-building technologies development headquarter asserted: fortunately, the private sector has been able to enter the important and strategic area of nuclear energy, which was exclusively managed by the government before. It is better to expand this new attitude in all areas.  

Sterilization of Pharmaceutical and Food Products with Domestic Technology

According to Seyed Reza Rafiei, CEO of the knowledge-based company of Shar Parto Iranian, this national macro project has several significantly complicated technology considerations and is among the pioneering projects in the field of gamma radiation with a domestic technical knowledge. This project is able to be turned into the place for investment attraction and development of industries based on gamma radiation technology.

Initiation of the Process of Building a Sterile Paper Factory

The first act for developing a factory for antibacterial paper and paperboard recycling was performed by the vice president for science and technology affairs with the goal of achieving self-efficacy in the area of production of raw materials for hygiene in the economic zone of Shahr-e Kurd.

Visit of Technology Units Based in the Workshop Complex of Martyrs of Science and Technology

Sattari also visited the workshop complex of martyrs of science and technology, which is a subunit of the science and technology park of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province.

In this location, there are more than 20 companies with direct occupation of at least 200 people, working in production of ejectors, silencers, forage harvesting, cereal sampling, intelligent water meters, microbiological diagnostic kits of MDF labeling, production of enriched organic fertilizers, equipment for sewing mattresses, threshing machines, surveillance cameras, ultrasonic equipment, 3D printer, water purification equipment, and anti-theft safes.

The vice president for science and technology affairs also visited the achievements of the knowledge-based company of carbon dioxide in Shahr-e Kurd.

It is notable that Sattari was accompanied by Eghbal Abbasi, governor of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province, Peyman Salehi, deputy for innovation and technologies communication, Esmaeil Ghaderifar, head of the strategic technologies development headquarter, Mojtaba Boniadin, head of the elites foundation of the province, Seyed Naeem Emami, head of the mine, industry and commercialization center of the province, Esmaeil, Pirali, head of the science and technology park of the province, and Seyed Reza Rafiei, CEO of Shar Parto Iranian Co., in this visit.
