According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Manouchehr Manteghi, chairman of the national space administration, pointed out the most important programs of the headquarter in 2018, stating: networking at the level of universities, as well as research and production centers at the national and international level with an emphasis on the formation of the chain of value, development and completion of chain of supply of pieces, repair, maintenance, operation and improvement by relying on the private sector are among the measures that will be taken in order to develop the market for knowledge-based products in the aviation field.

According to Manteghi, development of activities of members of the aviation hypermarket of Iranak, regulation of the executive plan of article of 43 of the law for elimination of production of development of knowledge-based products in the area of helicopters, support of development of activities of Iranian aircraft industry custodian syndicate, detection of priorities of motor, helicopter and avionic, establishment of venture capitals in the industry of aviation and support of development of finance services are among the other measures to be taken in 2018.

Chairman of Iran national space administration also emphasized the importance of support of students of higher education, publication of articles and books, support of patent registration and improvement of process of domestic patent registration and improvement of test technologies for knowledge-based products.

Manteghi pointed out the assessment of industry and investment, asserting: in this area, the emphasis is on policy-making, leadership, coordination and accumulation of knowledge in implementation of macro aerial programs using the maximum abilities of all units and government and non-government institutes and strategic assessment of the domestic and international situation of the country in the aviation industry to draw the favorable future of this region as the development document of aviation in the country.

Chairman of Iran national space administration also mentioned: evaluation of aviation development document of the country and economy of aerial industry in the country and formation of a comprehensive system and clarification of statistics related to the production of knowledge-based products and services are among the most important programs.
