The national technomart of Iran held the eighth round of Startup Demo with the support of the knowledge-based economy, technology and science development headquarter in order to attract investment for active startups in the education area in order to develop an innovation and startup ecosystem.

According to the Public Relations and information Center of the Vice-Presidency for Science and Technology, Akbar Ghanbarpour, head of the national technomart of Iran, announced: the main goal of this event is direct negotiation between idea owners and startups and investors in two general (including the presentation of startups) and specialized (negotiation meetings between investors and startups) sections, where startups can have access to a great number of investors.

In the end, head of the national technomart of Iran expressed: this event was held March 3^rd 2018 during 14:00-18:00 in Abureyhan hall of Shahid Beheshti University in the presence of specialized investors of the field and startups of education area (in area of online education, learning management systems, technology education, next-generation schools, and evaluation tools).

The national technomart of Iran is active by order of the higher council of cultural evolution and under the supervision of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs to develop the technology market in the country. To this day, 17 regional technomarts have been established in various provinces of the country along with one specialized technomart in gas industry, providing services such as marketing for technological products, helping technology exchange and attracting investment for innovative individuals and companies through their own brokers. The national technomart of Iran in Pardis Technology park held the eighth Startup Demo to attract investment for active startups in the area of education to develop innovation and startup ecosystem with the support of knowledge-based economy, technology and science development headquarter.
