“Future automobiles” is the title of a conference held for the first time to showcase the abilities of knowledge-based companies in the domestication of this field.

The conference will be held during February 2^nd-5^th, 2020 at the industrial management conference center with the cooperation of the national space and advanced transportation administration and industrial management organizations of Iran.

Identification and networking of knowledge-based companies in the field of electric cars, providing the needs and bottlenecks of the country"s major automotive industries in electric cars, and presenting the abilities of domestic knowledge-based companies in the domestication of key technologies are some of the goals followed up by holding the conference.

Holding the startup weekend of Barghi Show in the presence of teams of elite students along with the event will showcase the abilities of students in the field.

Reducing air pollution in the country by designing and manufacturing electric cars and powering these cars by charging stations in the country are followed up in the country. In addition, given the considerable share of transportation section in the level of fuel consumption and emission of air pollutants in the country, producing electronic cars plays an important role in the decrease of pollution.

The conference includes four main topics of solutions to reduce and optimize fuel consumption by using electric propulsion, development of electric charging stations and infrastructure needed to create it, developing standards for cars and electric vehicles in accordance with geographical conditions of Iran, removing legal barriers and cooperating with various enforcement agencies to develop electric vehicles, and localization of electric vehicle components and subsystems.

The national space and advanced transportation administration has aimed to provide a strategy at the country’s level by relying on technical knowledge, expert human resources and the existing infrastructures of knowledge-based companies.

The development of the production and use of electric vehicles requires the cultivation, empowerment of underlying companies, and the development of infrastructure related to this area, which can facilitate the holding of this event.

Given the country’s needs and the emergence of new technologies in various industries of the headquarter, the growth of innovative technologies has been taken into consideration by holding the first national conference of future automobiles.

During the event, all products that are produced electronically, including busses, automobiles, motorcycles, charging stations and automobile subsystems and spare pieces will be presented in side exhibitions.
